2. Information we collect

We aim to collect as little personal data as practical for a static public catalog.

• Automatically collected technical data: standard request metadata handled by our hosting and CDN provider (Cloudflare), which may include IP address, approximate country inferred from IP, user-agent, referrer, requested URL, and timestamps. This is used for security, abuse prevention, performance, and aggregate traffic analysis.
• Cookies and similar storage: when you use our outbound gateway (/go/…), we may set a first-party click-attribution cookie (for example __fr_cid) to correlate referrals. It is scoped to our domain, marked Secure, and is not used for cross-site advertising networks.
• Information you send us: if you email [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], or other published addresses, we process the content of that correspondence to respond (listing requests, DMCA/removal, privacy inquiries).
• What we do not intentionally collect: payment card numbers, government IDs, or biometric data through this website. Subscriptions and payments occur on third-party platforms, not on FansRoster.

3. How we use information

• Operate, secure, and improve the directory and outbound routing.
• Measure which catalog entries and offers are effective (aggregate and referral analytics).
• Respond to creator, agency, and visitor requests, including removal and copyright notices.
• Detect fraud, scraping abuse, and open-redirect or spam attempts against /go.
• Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Outbound links & third parties

Profile CTAs route through our edge gateway to official creator destinations (for example OnlyFans, Fansly, or Telegram). Those destinations are operated by third parties with their own privacy policies and age-gating. Once you leave FansRoster, their terms and practices apply. We do not control cookies or tracking those platforms may set after redirect.

Our site is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare may process request data under its own privacy terms as a processor/service provider for CDN, DNS, and security functions.

5. Creator listings & public content

Creator names, handles, public promotional imagery, and profile metadata shown on FansRoster are published as directory content. Agency-managed roster entries are authorized by our management relationship. Community or submitted listings are accepted under our editorial and submission terms. Creators who want a listing removed or corrected should use our removal portal.

6. Retention

Server and CDN logs are retained only as long as needed for security, debugging, and analytics (typically short rolling windows controlled by our infrastructure provider). Attribution cookies expire according to their Max-Age (currently up to 30 days). Email correspondence is retained as reasonably necessary to complete the request and maintain an abuse/compliance record.

7. Your choices & requests

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Because this site is largely static and does not require accounts, many visits leave little identifiable data beyond standard logs.

To make a privacy request, email [email protected] with enough detail for us to locate relevant records. Creator listing removals should go through /contact/removal.

You can clear site cookies in your browser at any time. Blocking cookies may affect attribution quality but will not block browsing the catalog.

8. Children & age

FansRoster is intended only for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact [email protected] and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. International visitors

We may process information in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. If you access the site from the EEA, UK, or similar jurisdictions, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to countries that may not provide the same legal protections as your home country. We rely on appropriate contractual and technical safeguards with providers where required.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy for future visits.
