4. What the service provides

• Public catalog pages describing creators, categories, deals, and guides.
• Outbound referral links via /go/… to official third-party URLs.
• Optional submission and agency onboarding paths for creators and managers.
• A self-serve removal / copyright contact route for listing disputes.

Catalog details (pricing, trial status, availability) can change without notice when creators or platforms update their offers. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that every listed offer remains active at the moment you click through.

5. Affiliate & commercial disclosure

Some outbound links are affiliate, referral, or agency-managed links. FansRoster or its operators may earn a commission, rev-share, or other compensation when you subscribe or purchase through those links, at no additional cost to you. Agency roster creators may have a direct commercial relationship with FansRoster.

Paid or featured placements (including submission fees described on /submit) are editorial products; payment does not guarantee ranking, search-engine results, or any specific traffic volume.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or republish the catalog in a way that harms site performance or violates creator publicity rights.
• Attempt to abuse, poison, or open-redirect the /go gateway.
• Use FansRoster to distribute malware, phishing, leaked content, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Misrepresent yourself as a creator, agency, or FansRoster operator.
• Interfere with security, rate limits, or CDN protections.

We may block access, remove listings, or refuse submissions at our discretion.

8. Third-party sites

Links to third-party platforms are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites, their billing, content policies, account suspensions, or availability. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them. FansRoster is not a party to your subscription contracts on OnlyFans, Fansly, or similar services.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that outbound offers will remain free, discounted, or available.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FANSROSTER AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES LINKED FROM IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR A LISTING PRODUCT IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify FansRoster and its operators against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with the site.

12. Changes & termination

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version with a new “Last updated” date. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operators of FansRoster, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue for disputes that cannot be resolved informally, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
